ASPE offers an unemployed scholarship. Its makes some of its courses much less expensive - say for a $1k course, with the unemployment scholarship, it costs $350. You can take up to 3 courses but courses must finish before 06/30/2010. See the $350,000 icon on the left side of this website for more information:
